Mixed Berry Blondie
Ingredients
12oz White Chocolate
4oz Dark Chocolate
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups AP Flour
2 Sticks of Butter
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2Cup Blackberries
1/2Cup Raspberries
1/2Cup Blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 13x9in. pan
- Melt the butter and white chocolate on low heat; mix until fully blended then let cool
- In a large bowl mix eggs, sugar and vanilla till blended
- Add White Chocolate mixture to Egg mixture then mix; Add flour and mix thoroughly
- Spread the berries on the bottom of the greased pans and pour batter on top
- Sprinkle Dark Chocolate Chips/Chunks on top of batter
- Bake for 30-40 minutes; then let rest for 1 hour
