Mixed Berry Blondie




Mixed Berry Blondie


Ingredients
12oz White Chocolate
4oz Dark Chocolate
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups AP Flour
2 Sticks of Butter
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2Cup Blackberries
1/2Cup Raspberries
1/2Cup Blueberries



  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 13x9in. pan
  2. Melt the butter and white chocolate on low heat; mix until fully blended then let cool
  3. In a large bowl mix eggs, sugar and vanilla till blended
  4. Add White Chocolate mixture to Egg mixture then mix; Add flour and mix thoroughly
  5. Spread the berries on the bottom of the greased pans and pour batter on top
  6. Sprinkle Dark Chocolate Chips/Chunks on top of batter
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes; then let rest for 1 hour

  2. Oh, wow! This is a recipe I can actually make gluten free really easily. I think I might try it very soon and tell you if it translates well :)
